Deactivate your account to temporarily disable access while preserving your information.
To deactivate your account:
Open the ParagraphAI mobile app.
Go to Settings.
Select Deactivate your account.
Important Notes
Account information: Deactivating your account does not delete your data. Your information remains intact and can be restored when your account is re-enabled.
Pro users: Deactivation does not cancel your subscription. You will continue to be billed unless you cancel your subscription separately. For cancellation instructions, refer to Cancelling Your Subscription.
Accidental deactivation: If you deactivated your account by mistake, contact us at hi@paragraphai.com for help in restoring access.
