Refunds and duplicate charges

The process for requesting a refund or duplicate charges depends on how you signed up for ParagraphAI Pro:

iOS (App Store)

If you subscribed to ParagraphAI Pro through the iOS App Store, you’ll need to contact Apple support to request a refund. Due to Apple’s policies, we’re unable to process refunds for Apple Store purchases. Here’s how to get started:

  1. Visit Apple's Billing and Subscriptions page (opens in a new tab).

  2. Follow the instructions to submit your refund request.

Android (Google Play Store) and Web Extension

If you subscribed via the Google Play Store or our web platform (Web Extension and Stripe), we’re here to help! Just email us at hi@paragraphai.com, and a support agent will assist you with your refund or duplicate charge.
