Cancel your subscription

The cancellation process depends on how you signed up for ParagraphAI Pro. Follow the steps below based on your platform.

Web App

1. Go to Settings.

2. Navigate to Subscriptions and select Manage.

3. Select Change Plan.

4. You’ll be redirected to your Stripe account page.

5. Cancel your subscription.

iOS

1. Open the App Store.

2. Tap the profile icon at the top right then access your AppleID account.

3. Select Subscriptions.

4. Under active subscriptions, select ParagraphAI.

5. Tap Cancel Subscription and follow the prompts.

‍Android

1. Open the Google Play Store.

2. Tap the profile icon at the top right.

3. Select Payments & Subscriptions, then Subscriptions.

4. Under your active subscriptions, tap ParagraphAI.

5. Tap Cancel Subscription and follow the prompts.

Web Extension

To cancel a subscription processed via our web platform, you have the option of processing the cancellation on your mobile device or your personal computer:

On Mobile

1. Open the ParagraphAI app.

2. Go to the Settings page.

3. Tap the Manage button.

4. You’ll be redirected to the ParagraphAI web app. Log in if prompted.

5. Scroll to the Subscription section and tap Manage Subscription.

6. You’ll be redirected to your Stripe account page.

7. Edit your subscription with Stripe.

On a Computer

1. Open Google Chrome.

2. Open the ParagraphAI web extension.

3. Select the profile icon at the bottom right.

4. Select My Subscription.

5. This will redirect you to the Stripe account page.

6. Edit your subscription with Stripe.
