How to use the web extension

The ParagraphAI web extension helps you improve your writing directly in your browser from any site. 

To edit your writing:

1. Open the ParagraphAI extension by selecting its icon in the Chrome toolbar.

2. Select the Edit tab.

3. Enter or paste your text and select Fix and Edit.

4. (Optional) Add filters to your text to edit further.

   1. Select the filter you want to apply.

   2. Drag the slider and adjust your result to your liking.

5. Make edits to the generated text as needed.

6. Select Copy and Finish to copy your finalized result.

To reply to a message:

1. Open the ParagraphAI extension by selecting its icon in the Chrome toolbar.

2. Select the Reply tab.

3. Enter or paste the message you want to reply to and select Reply.

   1. (Optional) Add context to the message.

   2. (Optional) Adjust the Tone sliders to customize the tone of your reply.

4. (Optional) Select fine-tune this message to edit further.

   1. Select the filter you want to apply.

   2. Drag the slider and adjust your result to your liking.

5. Make edits to the generated text as needed.

6. Select Copy and Finish to copy your finalized result.

To create new text:

1. Open the ParagraphAI extension by selecting its icon in the Chrome toolbar.

2. Select the Create tab.

3. Choose the type of text you want to generate (e.g., Paragraph, List, Message, Email, Article).

4. Enter or paste instructions for what you want ParagraphAI to write and select Create.

   1. (Optional) Adjust the Tone sliders to customize the tone of your reply.

5. (Optional) Select fine-tune this message to edit further.

   1. Select the filter you want to apply.

   2. Drag the slider and adjust your result to your liking.

6. Make edits to the generated text as needed.

7. Select Copy and Finish to copy your finalized result.
